So the engine started to crank slow this is with new battery and than stopped... would not crank i tested a bunch of stuff and figured out that the solenoid went bad so i bought a new one and same thing happened.... i can crank enging over manually with my hand with plugs out seems to move ok a little resistance but seems ok.... Could the starter be going bad... burning out the lil solenoid attached near the battery.. thanks if anyone has any thoughts at all on it.

Did you inject any water into your engine? If that is a possibility, pull a plug and crank the engine. If water comes sprouting out, you gotta get it out, pronto, pronto = immediately.

Hey so i figured the problem out........ I bought the motor out of a 2001 130 ultra and mine is a 1100 stx di 2000 the stator plugs wire ends were different.... so i had to change out the stator, so when i did this i failed to notice that the orginal washer on bendix gear was still on there and when i put the replacement cover with stator on i accidently put that washer on it too...... It made it bind so it was taking way to much of a load shorting the solenoid... so it was my fault i change it out and ordered another solenoid everything is good now... thanks for your help!!!
