2000 Gtx No Beep but starts

So when i bought this , everything was working fine, about 2 days later it stopped beeping when i put my lanyard in. It sometimes beeps randomly, but not anymore. Ive charged my battery, checked the connections and still no beep. But i can start it fine, nothing will happen to my ski if i start it without getting the beeps?

Also ive read a post that it might be a dead buzzer??

the buzzer is dead. It's a common issue. Replace it before you have a problem. (it's your over temp alarm, and if it's dead... you can kill the engine)

Alright thanks. When your engine over heats does this like warn you if im correct

If working correctly the beeper will go off to warn you when it's overheating. The beeper and the engine sensor work together for this warning.
