2000 Gtx Help

mY 2000 GTX JUST STOP ON THE RIVER. IT HAS GAS. tHE MOTOR WILL TURN OVER BUT WILL NOT START. NEW PLUGS. IT WAS RUNNING GREAT AND THEN JUST STOP. IT WILL NOT RESTART.

That sounds just like what happened to my 98 GS. Help from Nate, JPX, and others I quickly learned the need to replace old fuel lines or problem when resolved will come right back and strand you on the water. Also had to clean and overhaul carb. It will run now but has minor problem I will work on as time permits. Lots of help on the forum and the real techs will help you out shortly....ron

I'd love to help you out more, but I need a little more than "just stop"....

Did it bog, hesitate or sputter before shutting down? Or were you having a good time and it just shut down?

Trying to determine if it's electrical or mechanical? Please list as many details as you can.............:cheers:

IThe ski was runnung great and then just stoped. I t would not restart.
