2000 gtx fuel

while im riding the it, it is like someone just turned off the fuel. Sometimes is stalls and skmetimes is drops heavy rpm. this usually only happens whille hitting bumps so im thinking this is electrical. I have a carb modle.

could this have anything to do with a clogged vent?
