I started a post in PWC section and thought I would post here as well.
Left engine starts out in sync with the right 7000 RPM then drops off to about 4000.
Notes:
Plugs have been changed numerous times(rear plug on the bad engine appears a little chalky/dry).
Compression on both engines 146-150.
New fuel/oil filters.
A good amount of oil in the bilge area during winter storage.(oil tank level never dropped)
There is a good amount of water in the bilge after launching and running the boat for less then 10 minutes.
When the engine drops to 4000 it seems to run rough and occasionally rev on it's own for about 5 seconds.
