2000 951 carb regulator questions?

I repair a 46mm carb but it seems to have to much flow of gas on it. How i regulate it without the pop up test?
Should i use the old spring?

Too much gas could the inlet needel not be seating? are they new or are they old? :cheers:

Its the old one.
Do you know the recommended pressure in that carb in the pop test?

Sory no I do not know what the pop off preasure should be. if you have a manual it may be found in it. Someone should tell you soon. I normaly just use old spring and new needel and no test it will normaly be ok. good luck :cheers:
