first off what does RV LOW mean?

Next, when I first take the ski out it runs great! But then when it starts getting warm it will start surging. By surging I mean I will be at 6 grand and it will drop down to 4 grand then right back up to 6. I have switched the grey fuel lines and am running a full tank of gas with seafoam.

seafoam wont get the crud out of the internal carb filter/s.

Rebuild the carbs or at least clean the internal filters and jets out. I would just do the carb rebuild though while they are off.

Well I fixed it. Noticed that there was a little oil by the rave valves so I popped the covers off and one of the rubber seals was off. Put it back on and went out tonight and ran really good! So now all I need to know what RV LOW stands for. it only does it on first start up.
