2 ground wires on left engine

I just dropped my 787 engine back in to my 99 speedster. It's the left one when standing at the back of the boat facing the front - port side I guess.

I was hooking up all the cables and hoses and when I was doing the positive and negative cables, I noticed a second ground. The one with the bigger eyelet that goes to the starter is fine, but the second one has a smaller eyelet and I don't know where it goes. I took the engine out last fall so can't remember where it might go. Confused.

I believe the small terminal connects .to bolt on mag cover

There is one that links both mag covers together
