I have a SEADOO Jet Boat Speedster 1997 and I mix the Oil with Gas. I know the oil on the reservoir has to be maintain for Rotary Valve Lubrication. Due the fact that oil is going to remain on the reservoir, do I have to change that Oil with the time?
I would. You don't have to keep it full... but I would drain it, and replace it once a year. The oil will break down over time... but I would be more worried about possible water, and wanting to get it out... since it will sink, and go right into the RV gears.
