Hi All I Have A 1999 Seadoo Gtx With@175 Hrs.on Saturday I Notices I Was Missing On Acceleration,we Were Having A Big Party So I Changed Plugs, still A Little Miss But We Were Able To Ride Rest Of Day.on Tuesday My Kids Said It Wouldnt Run Well ,was Running On 1 Cyl.i Changed The Plugs Again And Ran Well For@2 Min Then Fouled The Front Plug Again ! Any Ideas?thx Ben

What did it tell you when you pulled the plugs? Read your plugs and let me know.

are you using the oil injection system or the premix? Seems like the oiling system may be at fault for fouling the plugs, and running premix may help.

it could be, but that wouldn't really explain why it did it right after adding oil?

It is really used to transform the AC generated electricity from the magneto into DC and charges the battery. If you are having electrical troubles though it can be a definate sign of where the problems are coming from.

Did you ever get this figured out? I have a 1999 GTS RFI with the exact same symptoms. I also determined the back cylinder has no compression. I have never heard of intermitant compression problems but I am new to seedoo.

no compression = dead engine. You'll need to rebuild
I had similar situation. My 99 gtx ltx was not acelerating like ussual. I kept pushing it and I blew the crankcase. do not mess with it and take it to the shop.
