1999 Seadoo SEADOO-GTX RFI bogging

My 1999 sea doo gtx rfi worked great for the first thirty minutes of my first ride of the season. Then began bogging so i put it back on the trailer and it also bogs out of the water.
THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN REPLACED/ CHECKED
-Wearing ring
-New spark plugs
-new Rotex valve
-has 140-150psi of compression on each cylinder.
-brand new battery with great voltage

Fuel pressure and fuel filters are next.

Just replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump has the black automotive fuel lines. Also checked rectifier it was good.
