1999 seadoo challenger winterizing question

I have read the manuals about pinching lines and letting the antifreeze run through the lines, but my question is if i connect to the rear of the boat and pump anitfreeze through it until is comes out of the exhaust, running the motors will it do the same proper winterizing. I am new to the seadoo world, i have read alot of the posts and just trying to confirm this.
