Trying to start and when I press the start button only get a beep and a click from the starter

Remove spark plugs and make sure you can turn the engine over by hand and it’s not locked up.

Well I was riding All day and when I turned it on it went from going fast on wot to like about 30 mph wot. Then would shut off as soon as I let off the gas

And by locked you mean hydro locked?

That sounds like an engine that is seizing.
Again, see if it turns over by hand.
If not it could be a seized engine or jet-pump.
