1998 sportster 1800 twin rotax - spins with plugs out, but when plugs are in it just stalls and makes a locking sound. Battery has been iffy - has enough juice to bilge pump and stereo - but i think it is too low to start things up. When i put the fob on the doss the "beep beep" is very quiet. I checked the battery with the multimeter and its at 11.3v. Could this be an electrical/battery issue?
