1998 sea doo sporster 1800

We have a 1998 sea doo sporster 1800. We replaced the propellers and wear rings last year. Took it out a few weeks ago and the boat starts but won't accelerate, we're lucky if we hit 5 MPH. Any ideas on what could the problem??

How much tension is on the carbon seal? Did you remove the driveshaft? Are the little black bumpers in the end of the drive shaft? Did you put neoprene seals on the pump supports before you reinstalled the pumps? Have you pumped grease into the grease fitting on the pto recently to help tension the carbon seal?
