Hello....got a problem. I have a 98 speedster and about a week ago I did a start up test before i hauled it to the lake this past weekend. Both engines started up right away the first time but when i tried starting it up again, the engines wouldnt crank and the key wouldn't beep when i put it in the ignition. I figured it was a dead battery. On my charger the battery was at 85%. Charged it up to 100% and the boat started up fine. Took it to the lake and in the parking lot I fired up one engine, then tried to fire up the next engine and it did the same problem again. No beep with the key both engines wouldnt turn over. I thought it was the battery so I went and bought a new one. Put it in, but still it wont turn over. I'm thinking it's something electrical, but I dont know where to start. Any ideas guys?

If you have a good battery, the connections are clean and tight and you don't get 2 beeps when you plug on the key then you are probably dealing with a bad lanyard post. There's a possibilty that the key is bad but not likely.
Try cleaning the key with soap and water.

I tried using my other key but still no dice. I forgot to mention before was that it seems no power is being produced at all. I have the power switched on and even the horn doesnt work. Battery can't be dead, it's brand new.

A new battery doesn't mean anything. You have to put it on charger to get full capacity from it. Do that and it will probably do fine.
Good luck.
Ps disconnect battery prior to charging it. Electronics are very sensative to electrical charges.
