i have a sea doo challanger 1800 and i cant get one motor to start it will run on gas down the cylinders but i cant get it to create a vacuum to pull the fuel to the pump. it has a fresh rebuild with new gasket kit new outer crankseals. i took the carbs and fuel pump off my other motor and it doesnt solve the problem with this motor so i know its not sucking gas and help would be great

Then either you have an air leak in that side's fuel hoses... or a leak in the filter unit... or the fuel select valve is plugged.

i used all the hoses and everything from the other motor and it still doesnt suck fuel and when it is on the first motor it has no troubles

I used a hand vacuum pump, disconected the fuel line at the carb and at the fuel tank, put my thumb over one end and if you can pull a vacuum and hold it then your problem is goung to be fuel pump or its clogged at the tank. if you cant pull a vacuum on the line then start working your way closer to the pump. its a long way to pull fuel, just a little leak can keep the fuel from comming.
Just my two cents :)

if that was help i would use it but like i said i took everything off the running motor and it doesnt run so it has to be a motor issue
