I have a 1998 seadoo gtx limited, it’s boarding water when driving doesn’t do it at idle or just sitting in the water. I took the drive shaft cover off and ran it in the lake and no water coming from the carbon seal and the white vacuum hoses are both intac in the jet. Didn’t notice any water spraying in from anywhere.
What else could I check?

Hhmm...check the 4 nuts that hold the pump/ride shoe to the hull,,,sometimes,,,rare,,,but they can leak,,,is the water in the hull warm,,,or just lake temp?
Could also be the sponson,,,unlikely,,,or even rivets from the floor leaking also sounds nuts,,,but i have seen them,,,any holes in the hull?

Didn’t check the temp of the water but sure will do when I take it back out tomorrow. Thanks for the tip!

Check the bailer tubes.either orings on venturi or the siphon tubes pulled out of venturi.what happens is instead of vacuum it pushes water.i think there was even a recall on those.also the sponsors on those leaked on those and there was a recall on the pump shoe leaking.i did about 30 40 of those in 99 and 2000.when they where pulled out of the mold they didn't clean the transoms enuff and the sealant didn't stick and they leaked.the 98 model year skis was a rush design during the HP wars between the brands
