My GTS will not start, I get to beeps but still no fire. i have replaced the coil and still nothing when trying to start wil the stop/start button. I put on a new left housing were the button goes and replaced the button, because of age. It will start if I jump across. Anyone have any answers.

15A fuse is okay? Check that as well. Remove nuts to the relay and brush clean as well to ensure good contact to the ignition circuit.

Here is a test to check the start stop switch. It is possible that the wiring to the switch isn't good. It might have a short. If the fuse and the connections JPX suggest are good it might be the switch connection.

Is there anyway that the meph can be not changing from start to stop. I think it has the magneto grounded like it is in the stop position, and the the box will not energrize the starter.
