1998 Gts

I have a 1998 GTS and I get the two beeps but it still will not start. I have put a new Coil on it and still nothing. the start/stop button was replaced when i put on a new left housing because of age. Can anyone tell me what i might try next. I can start it if I bypass everything.

make sure battery is good,...do you hear a 1-2 clicking sound, when try'n to fire? If so, jump the solenoid, see if wants to fire,...also, check all your fuses.
