I have a 1998 seadoo challenger 1800 with twin engines. I pulled the Fuel baffle unit Out of Gas tank and didn’t label the 4 lines that were attached to the top of the baffle. Can anybody help? Marking on baffle for four line 1) IN, 2) RES 3) RET 4) VENT. Can somebody take a picture of these lines for me or tell me what lines go where? I tried connecting these lines up but it’s not correct.

1) In, 2) RES, 3) RET 4) Vent labeled on baffle. 1) I have one line to driver side motor going to fuel pump that has fuel filter on it. 2) I have another line going to passenger side motor to fuel pump with a fuel filter on it. 3) I have another line goes to I believe Vent on tank. 4) I have another line that goes to a tee and splits to each motor. I’m guessing that is a RET line. Can somebody take a picture of their baffle showing these lines coming off baffle? I’m not getting fuel to passengers motor up to filter unless I siphon it up to filter. When I try to start that motor fuel empties out of filter. Please advise me. Thanks for your help in advance.

Just pulled mine today trying to fix my fuel gauge. Mine looks like it says on, res, ven, ret. On mine the two carb feed lines were on the ones marked on and res, the return lines which are y'd together between the motors into a single went on ret and the one marked ven was the short vent hose. It's really obvious what's what if you look at the top the two that feed the motors go all the way to the bottom the other two dont.

Also make sure of two things first my pickup had fallen off and was laying in the bottom of the tank. Don't know if that's common but it shortens one of the pickups by several inches. Second the clamps were over tight on mine crushing on of the nipples.
