1998 951 gtx ltd crankcase question

hi all. some advice needed please. I have recently inherited a gtx. which came with engine out.
Having now completed a rebuild, and engine back in. I need advice about the two stub pipes coming out of the lower crankcase housing (pto end)
One of which is for the fuel pulse pump.
But what is the remaining pipe for ?
hope someone here is able to help with this.

2nd ‘pulse port’ has a one way check valve, and supplies pressure to the RAVE solenoid.

Small one is for the fuel pulse, larger one goes to the rear of the ski. Might be the discharge line.
