1997 seadoo gti won't start

Hi, i just bought my first seadoo, had it out to the lake, flipped it, rolled it back over, it ran good, parked it @ the beach, went back later to ride it again, it started fine, got about 200 feet from shore & it just died, wouldn't start again, brought it back home, let it dry out for 3 days, tried to start it but still nothing, it just clicks, doesn't seam to be any water anywhere, all fuses are good. NEED HELP, any ideas......thanks

selonid might have gone out...

replaced selonid, still same....

check the battery...load test it. and inspect cable from relay to starter also the ends of it and grounds.

battery is good, rolls over with no plugs in, but just clicks when plugs are back in......

cleaned all contacts, when i put the key in, it will only try to start once, then beeps, if i keep pressure on the key it will keep on trying to start, it did start once, could it be a bad key????

cut spark plug wires 1/4 inch, works fine now, thanks for the help......
