1997 Gti 717 engine, mikuni carb BN 401-38-15 adjustments, please help

Hi, new to the forum and i see nothing but conflicting answers on the stock settings for a 1997 seadoo gti 717 engine with mikuni BN 401-38-15?

amount of turns out on the low and high speed adjuster from seated position?
Needle and seat correct size?
what size spring for that needle seat size?

also on a side note, what is the lowest compression reading you could get away with on this engine where its still suitable for riding?

Like i said, there are so many conflicting threads saying all different info on these questions for this specific ski. (Especially pertaining to high speed adjuster, amount of turns out) (for example: some say 0 some say 1 1/2)

Please help put these questions to rest for this specific ski carb, want to get out on the water asap! Thank you all with knowledgeable answers!

...and yes i am well aware of seadoo source page, i need some more verification whether or not to go with those specs or not, preferably from own experience or with more knowledge on this specific carb. this seems to be very rare carb and not used in the other skis of simular engine and model. please help address these questions ive searched whole forum and found nothing on this specific carb relating to this other than seadoosource page.

been working on this ski off and on for 3 years now, please help if you are able. thanks again.
