1997 sea doo xp

I am in process of complete rebuild of 1997 sea doo xp. Just have a few questions and looking for answers.
1) what size wire do I need for complete rewire

2) looking for seal removal and bearing tool for jet pump

3) what hose type to use for fuel, oil and bildge

4) best place to buy all the above


I am starting from scratch on this so any help would be helpful

What are you rewiring? You should not be messing with any of the stock wiring.

No need to replace any oil lines except the little 3/32” lines from the oil pump to the intake.

Fuel lines a standard 1/4” automotive fuel hose from any auto parts store.

No reason to replace any bilge lines.

I am doing this because the jet ski caught fire and lost a lot of wires and hoses melted I already had the hull redone

Buy new used wiring harnesses from Westside Powersports Seadoo. You don’t want to be rewiring, you will drive yourself crazy.
