Hi every one some help please . I bought a used sea doo challenger 1800 as is ...I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I figured I could get it going
It turns out like he had said. (Seller) no spark I finally got the park going (weak battery) starboard engine starts right up . Now for the. Port
Motor well it's a different story it's got spark but no start it turns nicely but. Spits. Out the fuel and oil trough one carb. (not both) that is the carb towards the back of the engine and of course no start. Any help will be greatly appreciated ..by the way it looks like the starbooard motor is the original white color now for the port one it looks silver or gray type of .. I don't know about that one

Hi there again it turns out my rv shaft is frozen so now the motor has to come out as per manual and bottom part of
Lower crankcase as well in order to pull rv shaft out. My question is if the crankshaft gear looks to be ok can I just change the whole shaft
Close it back up or is there more to it? Any advice will be greatly appreciated thank you

Sorry I missed your first post. I was going to say that your RV isn't spinning.

Yes... if the gear on the engine is good... you can flush out the cavity, and just change the shaft. (you still need to split the engine to properly clean it)

Dr Honda thank you for your reply when you say split the engine do you mean bottom crank case or take apart whole engine cylinder head and the whole nine yards?thank you again
