1997 GTX Water Issue

I have a 1997 GTX and after riding about 15-20 minutes the hull is up to the driveshaft in water. I found a bad gasket on the exhaust and fixed it. I backed the seadoo into the lake and left it on the trailer and ran it. Didnt see any water. Rode it around for about 20 min. Full again. Pulled it out and tried to see water leaking and couldnt find anything. Any suggestion?

I know the pumps are working because it shot out a stram when the hull had water.

I am new to these things so if i come off sounding like a moron its because I have no experience. lol
