When you push the start button it sounds like the starter spins but it is not turning the engine over. I had it running earlier this year, You would put the key in and it would do it's beep beep and start up. Any ideas?

Pull the spark plugs, press the Start button.......are the pistons pumping? You should feel air pumping out the holes....no pumping = no spinning of the flywheel = BAD starter bendix as previously indicated......

Starter may have failed. Possibly sheared the Bendix.

Is this an OEM starter or aftermarket? Aftermarket have notoriously poor quality.
ok that's what I was thinking but wasn't too sure because I know it's suppose to beep twice. as for the starter I wouldn't know if its OEM or aftermarket I have never replace it since I bought it.

I did that it has to be the starter is bad

Time to pull the starter and look. Could also be bad flywheel. Hope it's the starter!
It’s not likely to be the flywheel or you would hear a lot of broken teeth crashing when the starter motor engages. It’s surely your starter motor. Also confirm you have enough battery power to energise the starter solenoid.

Update it was the starter since it was sitting for a bit it was starting to rust up and wouldn't spring out. But it fires right up now as for the beep sound for when you put the key in, It still doesn't do it so I guess it must be broken or rust but it doesn't matter since it's running now.

Great that the starter motor issue is resolved.
With your beep, it may be a low battery.
With mine if the battery doesn’t have full charge, it will still start but with no beeps. As soon as the MPEM reads full volts, e.g. after I have had it in use in the water and it’s had some charge THEN the double beep is audible.
cheers

ok, Right now the battery is on the charger. Hopefully it'll start beeping when its back in the seadoo
That beeper is also your only overheating alarm so it is a good idea to fix it.
I'll see what happens with a full charge battery I do know that it is low
