1997 Challenger Price Question

Looking to buy a 1997 Challenger 14.5 ft, single engine. I've found one that has a newly rebuilt engine (with NO warranty), and in decent shape. Owner is asking for $3500, is this a good price for this boat?

if it's not good cosmetic shape... yes... that's the going price.

Basically... the mid 90's, 14.5' boats go for $1500 to $4k depending on condition.

If its really clean id say that's fair. I paid 3100 for my like new 1997 challenger about two months ago.

I would say that's a good price. I paid 1200 and then put 2100 in parts in a 97 CHALLENGER

That's what I paid for my 96 last year but with original motor and seats were rough. I've put another $600 in it plus a new cover

God I got reamed. If it makes your purchase any easier I paid $5000 for a 1997 Speedster. Cosmetically its in great shape and it has a killer wake tower. But the engines and drive system have been problems from day one. Anyway, I probably should have paid $3500-4000. But that's for a Speedster...
