@ 4900 the owner would most def need to take the time to provide a very complete list the aftermarket parts, it will be for sale for a long long time. Sure is purty tho.

That's dam expensive.

Stuff adds up when building a ski like that....I could see 5k in a ski like that...but you would want a list lol. One thing I hate is the head...Ada sucks. If it was me I would buy a stock xp and built it your self. A ski like that you will always be toying with so you might as well learn how it all works as you build it

Way too much money in my opinion. As others have said to build one can be expensive but at least you know everything that went into it.
THis sounds like a guy that wants every dollar back that he spent on it and with any resto or hot rod that never happens.

He will have to part it out to get that kind of money. "Factory b pipe", he must be a stand up rider. I wonder if he bought it like that so he's not exactly sure what parts are on it and he's just trying to flip it

Skiasylum these guys speak the truth. I'd build you that ski for 35 hundred bucks but you could do without most those parts. I'd sell you a beautiful 96XP that works great for 2K.

Other real world examples.... Novi's-$600, B pipes are for stand ups as he said, that's a spec 2 and there is a complete one for sale on FB right now for $450 shipped.

Okay, thought it was something more than it is, glad I asked. Just curious what do you guys think it would be worth in 5 years same condition.

hard to tell 5 years in advance the prices in the last 5 years haven't changed that much at least as far as modded skis but there really wasn't any competition. Not to say that i'm a huge spark fan (haven't been on one yet) but in 5 years there will be a ton of them out there for cheap.

Performance parts are harder and harder to come by as every year passes, they can still be found but it requires more patience than it did 5 years ago.

That is only because Matt B. keeps buying all of them.

Also, why is this a RESTO thread?

I know you guys like these, would appreciate some comments on this ski. Thinking seriously about purchasing. Obviously I like nice, well cared for machines.

Worth looking at if your local & could make a deal but when I emailed that guy a while back he couldn't really tell me any specifics about it. He just named off the few things listed in the AD and that was it. Couldnt answer any other part questions including what kind of pump/impeller/nozzle setup etc was on it.
