1996 XP problem!!!!!

The other day my brother installed a new battery and installed it backwards. He then corrected the issue but the sea doo will not fire just spin over. I found that the coil had been damaged and replaced it. Now i am still not getting any fire to the plugs. Where so i look next?

check the fuses

There were two fuses in the same box. They were both 20amp fuses and they were good.
