I have a 96 sea doo xp with the 800c. Ok when i first take the ski out it only will run 1/2 to 3/4 throttle then about twenty minutes of that it finally opens all the way up. Ok so later on in the day it goes back to the way it was running at the begining of the day. so it could be a lot of things i know but where should i start? it has had multiple new sets of plugs also so i know its not that easy. so is it fuel, bad oil, plug wires, coil, and or hat else. thanks for your time guys. and one other thing how hard is it to do a 951cc swap in a 96 xp? thanks again guys

Rave valves....
Sounds like sticking rave valves. You can do a search from the tool bar above. Just use the keyword, RAVE.
Forget the 951 swap. Not that it can't be done, you don't want to try it though.:cheers:
