Have any of you guys or girls ever used the oil injection reservoir after deleting the injector as a extra gallon of fuel ? If so how did you connect the 2 tanks ?

You still need the oil tank to feed the rotary valve with oil

Premixing does not supply the rotary valve gear with oil. It needs to be submerged with oil at all times. The gear is in a seperate cavity that is sealed off from the rest of the engine. I believe it is the 12mm lines that supply the gear with oil. 8mm line goes to the oil pump. Premixing only eliminates the need for the 8mm line.

Connect/Tee the two Large Rotary Oil Hoses together, fill with Oil and cap. That way the Rotary Gear will be lubricated without the Oil Tank. Many use Translucent Hoses to monitor the Oil Level for the Rotary Gear. Refill as needed, when needed.

The important thing to note is that the only Vent will now be on the Oil Tank. The Main Tank will not have a working Vent anymore. It will equalize thru the Oil Tank Vent.
