I just de-winterized the thing, put new plugs in and now it won't turn over unless I pull the plugs out then it turns over easily. I am not a 2 stroke mechanic, is there a pressure relief valve not operating correctly? It spins like a champ with no plugs, but once the plugs go in it seems to lockup or turn over very slow. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks...

Check the charge on the battery. It takes less power to move the crank/pistons when there are no plugs in. Take it to autozone they will load test it for free.
