First time in a forum but to be honest I’m broke and can’t afford labor right no. Wife and i bought us and kids a boat for this corona time etc that we were lied to about being in great shape for way too much money. I drove it with the owner and it seemed fine as well as the day after for an hr or so. The motor (single 787) was replaced a year ago along with a ton of stuff. I was in a idle zone coming out of it and went to Accelerate and it started to pick up speed and then went into pretty much neutral revving real loud. I could feel water coming out in the jet pump gate for in reverse went up and down properly and I dove under the boat and checked inside where the impeller is and nothing was there. There was no water coming out of the little hole in the back above the deck I believe comes out from cooling engine. That’s all I noticed and had to be towed back in on our second day in the bayou. Any suggestions would be amazing and thank you for the help!
