1996 Seadoo Challenger Fuel/Oil Hose Size...

Hello all,

I have not posted in a while...

I have finally got around to working on the boat again since it is in a garage now. The motor was out of it all summer but finally got it back in last week. Now I have a question about the fuel and oil hoses. Do these sizes look accurate?

1/2": Oil line from the oil tank to the engine.
5/16": Oil line from the oil tank to the oil pump.
1/4": Fuel line throughout the boat.
5/8": Fuel tank vent line.

Now can anyone tell me about much fuel line I need to do the whole boat? Again, it has been a while since I have worked on it.

1/4" ID fuel line is what you seek, I use USCG A1-15 rated line but common alcohol resistant 1/4" fuel injection line from a local automotive supplier will work just fine for what you need to do.
