1996 Seadoo Challenger engine problem

I have a problem with my engine. I have changed almost everything in the engine, so its almost like new.
When given some speed, the engine dies out. What could be wrong? Where do i check?
Anyone had this problem before?
Is it possible to check for errors connecting the boat to a computer?
Buy the correct software and cables? Or?
Please help anyone, i am dying to get out on the lake:hurray:

I assume you have replaced the gray fuel lines?

Have you done anything to the carbs? and/or what Nate said..

is it the 2 stoke 800cc motor if so I have the same type of problem the oil sensor light is comming on (flickering to start then a soild light if i try to give it some revs and then it dies and wont restart.
