would not start, battery was dead and was boosted off and started right away and idled in water for 2 to 3 minutes and then went out into washout about 100 feet and engine died and was taken to bank and new battery was purchased and put on and no noise is made when kill switch key is compressed and start button pushed, are there any fuses that need to be checked or what can be causing it to make no noise or attempt to start.

Welcome to teh seadoo forum scagle. I would check all the fuses in the MPEM, (Multi Purpose Electronic Module). Jump starting the battery could cause a electrical surge to other electronic components. Hopefully it didn't cause any damage. Be sure the battery is fully charged up and give it another try to get it started.
