1996 GTX bogging down PLEASE HELP!!

I just bought a 1996 GTX. The previous owner set it for premix...I just noticed that he did not put a block off plate on it, he just had the injection pump lying on the bottom of the ski. I took it out the other day it ran okay for a while then started bogging; it wouldn’t die but would drive very slow. I had my son tow me in.....while towing it flipped over. When we got to the dock, I could not get it started back up. it 1/3 full of water. I drained it pulled the plugs dried it out, it acted like it wanted to start, battery died so i ran cables from a car battery. It never started but was turning over fine for a while then it seemed like the battery went dead. I tested the car battery it was fine. I hope I didn’t mess anything up? Any suggestions where I should start?

So theres nothing in the place where pump was, just a hole??, not good. Either order the kit, or reattach the pump, without the lines hooked up, if you wanna premix. As far as flip'n it, drain the whole system, oil as well, leave plugs out, spray wd-40 down holes, let sit for a day, then install new synthetic oil, plugs, give a shot, while the battery has been charg'n....

Thanks for the fast responce! Yes just a hole. How do I drain the system? I put the pump back on this morning, and blocked the lines. sprayed WD40 on the cylender head where the spark plugs go. the plugs were milky. I charged the battery overnight but it still act like it is dead it will click thats it. I put the cables on it still didnt do anything. Did I screw it up?

milky no good, thats sign of water in oil/cylinders. Pull the lines off motor, or beaker out the resivoir tank, then spray into cylinders the wd-40. After a bit, if still clicks, open up where the plug wires go into, and check in there for moisture, also, if still click;n ,with battery connected, in the electrical box, you'll see where the battery lead comes into and connects to post, jump those post. If it turns, then recheck the connections, to just be sure, before replacing the solenoid...

Yes moisture in read electrical box. notices some corrosion on one of the bolts attaching the Coil. I pulled the top end off looks like i need to replace the seals on the Head cover and the spark plug seals. should their be a Gasket or just rubber seals?
