1996 GSX, strange starting

every time I start my ski it will roll 1/2 revolution, and like 2 seconds later it will roll completely and start. on my gauge it says 12 volt low. I replaced the battery still the same, can this be normal ? please help.

Welcome to the seadoo forum timinmtta. Check the Ground cable to the engine near the starter. It needs to be cleaned and get a good connection. if it doesn't solve the problem it might be the starter is bad or the Bendix in the end is corroded bad, pull it out and look it over.
