1996 BOMBARDIER SPX is just clicking when i try to start it...

I ran my sea doos at the lake for over an hour ... i fell off of one and tried to start it back up it sounded like it was flooding out really bad but i got it cranked up again... it ran fine so i turned it off... when i went back to start it up the engine wasnt even turning over anymore... all i got was a clicking noise from a box under the seat that the starter and battery wires go into... i really have no clue what is going on... i know its not the battery for sure.. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanx

they are 1994 bombardiers , not 1996 sorry for the confusion

the clicking in the box will be your starter relay, make sure your battery is fully charged up and good, check your connections, if all that is good then tap on the side of your starter while trying to start it and see if it will work.
