Help! I've been trying to tune my Seadoo without much luck. I rebuilt the carbs and adjusted the pop-off pressure to 32psi. The fuel hoses have been replaced, the fuel filter was inspected and cleaned, and the fuel selector has been cleaned. It accelerates a bit sluggish and from 3/4 to full throttle it cuts out. The idle is fine at 1500 rpm. The low speed adjustment is turned out 1 1/2 turns and the high speed 1 turn. Not sure what to try next!

go back to basics, stud....your pop-off is too low, and your lsa/hsa are outta whack...

1995 XP 717 BN-38I (SB) MAIN-135 PILOT-67.5 1.2n/s 40psi - 56psi (pop-off) LOW- 1-3/4 HIGH- 0

Pull the springs you put in for rebuild, and install the stock ones, then reset the lsa/hsa to whats posted...
