I bought a 1995 Speedster a couple of weeks ago, and I took it for its first outing last weekend. Had a ball. Noticed some water in the ski locker and tried to diagnose the problem. Found some weeping though the glass in the hull, I'll have to repair the gelcoat/glass in a couple of spots- not that big of deal. One engine spools up quicker than the other, and also idles lower, so I'm sure its a bit rich and will need to be adjusted. The engines were just rebuilt and I knew I'd have some kinks to work out.

The biggest problem I have is that where the tuned pipe and the exh manifold clamp together. Its leaking water out of here at a pretty good rate. Previous owner had put a ton of blue RTV sealant here and it wasn't holding at all. Took the clamp off and find that the copper gasket is missing. Of course, PN 274000152 is discontinued.

Was the part superseded? Doe anyone have a good source for these? Or, does someone know the dimension? I know a guy with a waterjet that will cut some for me. I don't want to crack the other side open to see if the gasket is there to measure it, its not leaking!

Thanks!
