1995 seadoo xp power problem

i have a problem with my sea doo...its a 1995 sea doo xp 720....when i ,put it in the water and started...it goes good...alot of power..and acceleration...goes real good...i run for a distance around 2km then...soung like spark plug fouling...no morer power...put new plug and i can go real good for min...then same thing....any ideas...help me please.....i have done the motor last year cause the crank bering was finish..is it the caburator...or exause....is it possible its the injector oil who is pumping to mutch...is it the oil that im using...castrol marine....

As the fuel ages, it varnishes the carb body and also deteriorates the grey fuel hose from the inside out. These two factors will clog the internal filters to the carbs and make the fuel valve sticky. Then you have problems with it running fine out of water, but cannot get revs in the water.
