1995 Seadoo Sportster LE question

Does anyone have any idea what would make my motor bog down after running great for about 15 minutes? Boat runs great for about 15 minutes then when you get it about half throttle it bogs down and don't want to run. I just bought the boat a couple months ago and have taken it out twice and this has happened to me both times.

Could be fuel related. Have you checked over the fuel system and carb/carbs?
