1995 gts

hello, very new to this. hope this helps. We have a 1995gts, it runs great, however when idling through no wake zones it just dies. starts right back up. runs great across the lake. Symtoms. 1. just dies, only at idle 2. buzzer may or may not beep. 3. has also not shut off, when hitting the stop switch. which is also the start button. it did shut off when pulling lanyard. all connections r ok. no corrosion at any point. I'm thinking a module. however this would be nothing but an ecucated guess. it always starts right back up. thanks for any help. penmaker.

idleing problem..

could be your stop/start switch cutting the ski out itermittently.

well i unhooked switch at connector and at module. checked with my fluke 88 and could not get to either be shorted or open all the way from switch to module. i tried wiggling wires, connectors etc.... sure hope its not the module. very salty $$$$$$ thanks again.
