1995 Bombardier sportster

I have a 1995 seadoo sportster with the 657x. Ran good all season. I replaced the fuel lines with 5/16 line at the begining of the season. I also rebuilt the jet pump. All runs good still until the last day out of the season. I get on the lake and when I give it gas it feel like its not all there. so I shut it off and restart it it runs fine then over revs then shuts down and wont start again. any help would be great.

First... what do you mean by "Feels like it's not all there"??

Second... it over revs while in the water?
