1995 717 seadoo xp gas light on when tank full then stalling after hoir of medium riding.

I have a 95 seadoo xp. When my wife was riding it it ran great for about an hour but 25 mins in, the gas light came on, tank was full. Then after an hour total of riding, it cut off. I waited about 45 mins pulled choke and it started right up. What could be the reason for it stalling? She's not a dare devil rider, so it was never at full throttle while she was riding. Any ideas would be appreciated. I have not yet started to investigate.

Could have just stalled or the tank was a little low and the gas moved away from the pickup (maybe went over a big wave of tipped it), if the gas light is on and the tank is full most likely the fuse went on on the baffle or the float fell out.
