1994 seadoo xp carb problems

My ski has alot of hesitation on acceleration it is falling on its face does anyone have any ideas and what adjustments i could make?

you just purchase this ski?, did it have this problem before?

From what i've read on the net, seems that the 94xp had a bad design in the "set-up" of the carbs (way they are positioned), and to cure it, would be get a 95/96..etc 717 set-up...

carb specs

is there a spec on how many turns to turn out the adjustment screws? the motor is a 657 with mukuni carbs
