I have a 94 SPX 580cc. I bought it last summer and is my first seadoo! I love it, i ran it all summer long. but the end of last season i didn't realized i needed to grease the rubber boot thing on the driveshaft and i popped the seal i think. it never took on water, but when i start it and idle it, it runs fine, but once i throttle up just a little it makes a horrible sound like the drive shaft is not getting grip, i thought i was cavitating which i might be but never saw air bubbles in the water. So i need to rebuild that boot thing and bearing carrier, i was curious if there is any right up to this or pointers i should know, Im a college student, and i don't have the money to take it to get fixed, i just want to have some fun this summer! thanks in advance for all your help!
